These terms are the contract between you and Reviewr (reviewr.site) for use of the website and the workspace. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. The privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. The refund policy explains withdrawal and refunds for paid plans.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.
Reviewr lets you paste a customer review and generate marketing text, including a social post, a testimonial quote, case-study bullets, and an email snippet. You can edit, copy, download, or save results, within the limits of your plan.
Free includes 10 outputs a month and up to 3 saved items. Pro is 6 US dollars a month and includes 100 outputs a month, up to 100 saved items, and CSV batch generation of up to 50 reviews. The allowance resets on the first day of each UTC month. Each selected format counts as one output. Trying a result again costs one more. Choosing Pro in Settings opens Stripe Checkout. The charge happens when you confirm payment there.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The signup form asks for your age. If you are under 13, do not use Reviewr. We do not offer the service to children under 13.
If you are under 16, and the law where you live requires a parent or guardian to authorise an online account, that person must agree before you create the account.
A paid plan is a contract. You must be legally able to enter that contract where you live. In most EU countries that means you are 18, unless a parent or guardian enters the contract for you.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure, keeping your email accurate, and for activity under your account. Tell us if you believe someone else is using it.
You can ask us to delete the account by emailing reviewr.site@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. The privacy policy explains what we delete and what a legal duty may require us to keep.
You keep ownership of the reviews and other material you submit.
You give Reviewr permission to host, store, and process that material, and to send it to the generation provider, only so we can provide the service you asked for. This permission ends when the material is deleted, except for copies we must keep for a legal duty or a backup that is overwritten in the ordinary course.
You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit a review and to use the result. Do not submit a review if the customer has not allowed that use, or if the text includes personal data you are not allowed to share.
Outputs are produced automatically from the review and the settings you choose. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable to publish. Quoted text is meant to stay in the customer’s words. You review every output before you publish it, send it, or rely on it.
We do not claim copyright in a short output that has no room for original expression. Where an output is long enough to be protected, you may use it for your own marketing, subject to these terms and to the rights in the source review.
You may not:
The price and the features of each plan are shown on the site and in Settings before you choose a plan. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe shows the total before you pay.
A paid plan is billed per month and renews each month until you cancel. The renewal terms — price, automatic monthly renewal, how a change is told to you, how to cancel, and what happens after you cancel — are available from Renewal terms, next to Pro in Settings. You can cancel from Payment & invoices in Settings, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We may suspend or limit access if payment fails, you have used the monthly allowance, we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being abused, or you break these terms. If we limit you only because the allowance is used up, access to generate returns when the month resets or you move to a plan with room left.
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a paid plan, as described in the refund policy. Cancelling later in a billing period stops renewal. It does not, by itself, refund the days left in a period you have already paid for, except where the refund policy or mandatory law says otherwise.
You may stop using Reviewr at any time and you may ask us to delete the account. We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if we must do so for security or a legal duty, or if a payment you owe is not made. If we end a paid plan early for a reason other than your breach or a failed payment, we will refund the unused part of the period you already paid for.
For consumers in the EU and EEA, the digital service must match the description on the site and in these terms. If it does not, the statutory rules on digital services apply, including the right to have the service brought into conformity or, where that is not possible or is not done, a price reduction or an end to the contract. Those rights are not waived by anything written here.
Outside those rights, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or that every output will be accurate, complete, or fit to publish. You decide whether an output is right for the place you want to use it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for statutory rights of EU and EEA consumers, including conformity of the digital service.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost business, or a campaign that performed badly because of an output, to the extent the law allows this limit. If a non-consumer claim is allowed, our total liability for a paid plan in a month is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan in that month.
We may update these terms. The new version will show a new date on this page. If you have a paid plan and a change materially reduces what that plan includes, the change applies from the next renewal, and we will email the address on the account before that renewal where we can. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal. Mandatory consumer rights are not reduced by an update.
If you are a consumer living in the EU or EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. We will bring a claim against you only in that country. If you are not a consumer, these terms are read under the law that applies to the dispute, without prejudice to rules that cannot be departed from.
